Placing an Order

Do I need to register to place an order?
  • You have to register/create a Robinsons account to place an order. Once registered, all your details will be saved - making shopping with us faster and easier the next time around.

What are my payment options?
  • We currently accept the following modes of payment:

    1. Online payment via debit cards or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard)
    2. Pay on Delivery with cash or via debit card or credit card
Can I use my gift card online?
  • No, your gift card cannot be used to purchase from the website.

What are my delivery options?
  • We offer Free Standard Delivery, which will take approximately 3 days.

How do I know if I've successfully completed my order online?
  • When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, you will receive an email to confirm that we've received your order. You can also sign in to your account and check your recent orders or track your order through our tracking service.

How can I track my order?
  • You will first receive an email notification confirming the placement of your order. Following that, when your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be used here to determine your delivery status.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders that have not been dispatched yet may be cancelled. Please call Customer Support at 800 67667 for more information.

How do I register for a Robinsons account?
  • To create an account, click here. Alternatively, you can create an account before checkout, when you shop with us online.

How do I update my personal details in my account?
  • You can update your details by signing into My Account and going to the ‘Account Details' section. On the Account Details page, you can update your name, mobile number, date of birth, nationality and language preference. Click ‘SAVE’ to update your details.

I need help resetting my online account password. How do I do this?
  • To reset your password, just follow the step-by-step guide below:

    1. Click the ‘Forgot your password’ link at the bottom of the log-in page.
    2. Enter your email address and click ‘Send temporary password’.
    3. A password reset link will be sent to your email address; please follow the instructions in the email.
What can I do with my online Robinsons account after I register?
  • You can:

    1. Change your email address (to be used in your future orders)
    2. Change your delivery or billing address (to be used in your future orders)
    3. View the status of your order including estimated availability and delivery times
    4. Track your order
    5. View a list of products you have previously ordered
    6. View descriptions of each product ordered
    7. Create a Wishlist
    8. Send us an inquiry or feedback

I just made a purchase online. When can I see information about the status of my order?
  • You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If not, then check your spam filters, or contact our Customer Service Team.

How will I know if my order has been accepted?
  • Once your order has reached Robinsons, you will receive an email notification confirming your order details. However, final acceptance of your order is subject to dispatch/collection confirmation.

I have not received my order confirmation. What do I do now?
  • Just ensure that the email address on your order is correct or check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team.
